Cancellation Policies

To confirm a reservation, if you have reserved a one, two or three-night stay, we charge in-full, in advance. For stays of three or more nights, we charge a deposit equal to 50% of the extended stay.

We do not issue refunds. For changes or cancellation of a confirmed reservation more than 14 days in advance of a guest's scheduled arrival, we will email a rain check equal to the charge or deposit processed at the time of the reservation, less a $15.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of a guest's reservation, no rain check will be issued, unless we are able to re-rent our rooms for the reserved nights. If we are successful in re-booking these dates (all, or in part), we will email a rain check of equal value, less a $35 late cancellation fee.

Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.

In the event of a no show, we reserve the right to process the credit card on file, if there is a balance due, for all the nights of the reserved stay.

We thank our guests for understanding that a small Inn is dependent on its ability to make advance reservations, and even with a last minute booking, we may have declined other inquiries that we are unable to recapture.
